Incredibly knowledgable care. An injury that I had come to think of as chronic and that has left many a physio scratching their heads in bafflement was immediately diagnosed and I’m getting treatment and an exercise programme that are helping. I had more of less given up hope and now after just three weeks of treatment I’m able to run again. I also have an improved understanding of the mechanics lying behind my injury and why the treatments and exercises are helping the way they are. I am so happy to have found M20!

Feel absolutely amazing after my session, always do a great job feeling very relaxed, Abi is the besttt!

Abbie is a fantastic professional! I’ve had a couple of sports massages & cupping on a hamstring strain. This time I went for an injury rehabilitation assessment suffering with a painful shoulder. After a short assessment she identified the problem, recommended a strengthening programme & did a great massage on the area with an instant freeness! Would highly recommend, thanks Abbie!

Booked in with Abbie due to having lower back pain from work, 30 minutes sports massage later & I feel like a new person. My first ever massage so was a bit reluctant but Abbie is great. Super welcoming! Will definitely be booking in again. Thanks :)

I can't recommend Abbie enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to assess my specific needs and any areas of tension. I’ve been seeing Ryan for a few months, initially for knee/joint pain, which was causing a lot of discomfort. He took the time to understand the situation and mechanics and has helped to manage it using various treatments resulting in a definite improvement in pain levels.
