Great first experience with Jaicee, she has lovely energy and is very knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and I practically danced out of the room after my leg massage. Can’t recommend highly enough ☺️

Jaicee was friendly, relaxed and professional both times I've seen her and she did a brilliant job at helping with the issues I'd asked her to address. Being part of the Physical Formula team means she's up to speed with treating people who want to be fit and active, so her advice is tailored accordingly. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!
