Always have a great sports massage with James! He knows how to work weaknesses and provides really great advice for stretching and working out muscles afterwards. I go about once a month. Highly recommend.

Just been to see Annette for a full body hot stone massage and an Indian head, just wow!!! I felt amazing the whole time I was in there and I feel on top of the world now. Annette herself (and her daughter Drew) was both welcoming and relaxed and immediately put you at ease. The studio was small but not claustrophobic, more comforting and safe and fully equipped. My two treatments lasted 2 hours and I have come home so relaxed and just feeling great! I highly recommend a visit and I will DEFINITELY be back ❤️
