Chantelle was lovely, the beauty room is so cosy and pretty inside, perfect for a pamper. My HD brows are absolutely amazing, the best ones I have ever had. The shape, tint and thickness I kept was fab. I usually have alot of redness after brows but had minimal- Chantelle definitely knows what she is doing and is very professional and explained aftercare- something I have never had with HD brows before. The pregnancy massages from Bex are also amazing. Best one.Recommended to my pregnant friends and they all said the same too. I am so pleased I have found Chantelle, Bex and The Willows.

Tried the new head spa experience today as I love my hair washed at the hairdressers! Vanessa wraps you up snug as a bug then gives the most divine hair wash and scalp treatment. The smell was unreal and was so relaxing. I was nearly asleep the whole time! Hot stones on my feet to finish were just the icing on the cake!

What a great treatment, I left feeling totally relaxed and chill. It was an amazing experience and the hot stone foot massage was a real cherry on top. I can’t wait to wash my hair and feel how soft it is with the oil treatment.

Always look fabulous! Yasmin creates a natural but glamorous lash that boosts your eye shape and polishes your look. I graduated to fuller Russians and infill every 3wks-3.5wks and they last very well with proper care as advised. I love going and the experience is a thoroughly relaxing part of my otherwise hectic life! I feel great and love our chats 😍
