Always made to feel welcome by all the colleagues at the beauty room regardless of who your appointment is with. As always Tracy is fantastic and I honestly don't know what I would do if I couldn't get my regular deep tissue massage ❤️

Laser can sound a bit scary, but Nic not only explains everything well, she looks after you through the whole process, keeps you chatting so you’re focused on that and not the laser process, and makes sure you’re happy with your results. Cannot recommend the beauty room enough!

The team are so welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Everything was well explained about my treatment and i was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. A lovely chill out time having beauty treatment

Phoned up today for an appointment ,I got an appointment at 4.30 today. I’m a new client was made very welcome very friendly and professional . Going back to have beauty treatment . Highly recomended . Perpetua 👍👍👍👍

Leanna did my hair exactly as I asked. Very relaxed salon. For someone who has been to anxious to go inside a salon for 13 years I felt very comfortable.
