I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this incredible salon, and I am beyond impressed! The staff are all exceptionally skilled, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and relaxed. The beauty therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. Every treatment was performed with such precision and care. Kirsten gave me the most amazing massage and charolette finished the reatnof my treatment with a hopi ear candlening giving me instant relief from my sinus pain. Chloe is an absolute star! She worked her magic on my colour today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly, with such skill and care. Her attention to detail and knowledge about colour is second to none. Today I had an Intensive Hair Treatment, Halo Head Massage & Blow Dry as part of a Blue Light Offer, and it was such an incredible experience! My hair was feeling dry and damaged, but the treatment left it feeling soft, shiny, and full of life. The massage was so relaxing—it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. The Blow Dry was styled exactly how I wanted, and I left the salon feeling amazing. I’m so grateful for this Blue Light Offer—it’s such a thoughtful way to treat those of us in frontline services. My daughter and her 3 frie daughter all has the princess pamper experience for her birthday. From the moment they arrives they were treated like royalty. Wicked soundtrack playing all singing and pampered like a real princess! All the girls loved their experience, from the beautiful curls in their har, the vibrant colours in their nails and their facials and massages just sent them into another wold and calmed them all down to a dreamy state! Fabulous service with goody bags for each girl and memories that will last a lifetime!

I wanted all my layers cut out and hair all the one length but trying to keep the length of my hair as long as possible. Anna done a lovely job and was very thorough making sure all the layers had gone. Second time visiting this salon and happy customer again.
