Absolutely love having my nails done by nic, not only does she listen carefully to what you want but she constantly checks in to ensure you’re happy with it. Also made to feel at home in a comfortable and friendly environment and cuddles with Milo 🐶 as a bonus! Forever looking forward to my next appointment.

Georgia is a friendly confident nail technician, the Salon where she is based is warm and cosy and staff are polite. Georgia took her time and gave my nails a lovely manicure then gel painted ,thank you Georgia I will return .

As always, a fantastic cut from Alex. I'm never disappointed with any visit to Innovation. Friendly, professional staff, excellent atmosphere, well designed and decorated salon.
