My initial manicure with Abigail only lasted two days when it started chipping. I informed the salon and they offered to redo the set. Kholeka redid it and she was amazing. She was so professional and even took time to explain how I should be looking after my nails and what to avoid. She’s brilliant and passionate about what she does.

Hazel did my set and she is great as always , lovely lady with great work . I just had an issue with the lady at the reception where after I paid for my set I suggested that it would be nice for the nail technicians to put lotion on your hands after a new set like the other nail salons and the receptionist said “we do if you ask” but like shouldn’t that be a standard where the nail techs put lotion on your hands after a new set and not having to ask ? ?. I just found her response or her attitude not quiet friendly

Service was great. Shop is well fitted and looks welcoming and fresh. I think the hostess needs to be more familiar with the options available. She seemed a bit flustered when helping a walk in while I was in the store. I was happy with my nails and my feet gel...will definitely recommend the salon to my network .

Faith always does the best nails! She takes her time to make sure that they are done exactly how you want, and she is super gentle on your hands. If you’re looking to get your nails done I highly recommend popping in for a visit to GigiBella 🌟

the ambience is great. its such a pleasure to go to a nail salon where the staff are not having personal conversations and shouting over the patrons. Nanani gave me great service and advice. the only pity was that i had to wait 1 hours for my appointment as they were busy

Herzel was great again.. enjoyed my gel nails and feet . Faye did my daughters jelly mani. She was not organized and kept walking around and getting things. Not professional, even though it was a child. There was a glitch with the system and Antoinette took over her feet. They both did a good job. Faye shud be more prepared next time.

My sister and mom recommended doing my nails with Monique and let me tell you, I owe them!! My nails look absolutely amazing. I had Gelx tips put on and Monique was so precise and she just made me feel so comfortable. Unlike salons, she takes her time and focuses on the details. I highly recommend her!!!
