Tottie is amazing at what she does. My daughter has autism and usually struggles to open up around people she doesn't know but Tottie couldn't have been more fantastic with making her feel at ease and took her time to listen to what my daughter wanted. Definitely the most welcoming and inclusive salon in Lincoln. All the other staff are fabulous too from Shannon who does a beautiful job with my hair, through to the piercer Georgia and tattooist Dave

It was my first time and the experience was better than expected. I have naturally curly hair and never have gotten a hair cut to compliment it. Everyone was lovely and very attentive. Will definitely be back.

Booked in with Georgina, she was wonderful and now there's holes in my ears. Now I'm booked in for a tattoo!

My visit was great everyone was so friendly. Georgina did my piercing and it was great experience. Would definitely go back.

Staff are very friendly welcoming and listened to me about which style I would like. Fantastic cut and blow dry and very lovely cup of tea. That impressed I'm booking future appointments and a Tattoo rework!! Highly recommended this salon quirky and accomadating ♡

Tottie was amazing! I had such a big change with my hair and she was friendly and reassuring every step of the way. I also got a septum piercing done by Georgina and she was equally as friendly and professional.
