My first haircut here and I don’t think I want to ever go anywhere else now. Nathaniel is so nice and friendly, he did a proper consultation about what I wanted, has cut it exactly as I asked, but using his knowledge to make it look it’s best. I only went for a trim and to get my fringe cut back in but it’s been cut so well! He clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about and takes pride in his work. A very nice coffee and a biscuit too which is a lovely touch ☺️

I don't think anyone on this planet has more difficult hair than I do(4Z, off the scale 😭). Today, Sam wrestled against my hair and won! I'm so glad that I found this salon. If you struggle with real afro hair, they can help!

Never had a better hairdresser! Nathaniel always listens to the direction I want to go with my hair, but has a real flair for suggesting small ways we can elevate a style or make it more unique and creative. I trust him entirely and my and my hair has just got better and better in the 3+ years I've been going to Yaeko.

Had my hair relaxed, and I’m very, very happy! Sam was very gentle with my hair and delivered great results. I was well taken care of from beginning to end. The relaxer used is for sensitive scalps, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere is very warm, safe and friendly ❤️ Definitely my first of many times here! So glad I tried this place! I find it difficult to find a salon that doesn't make me feel out-of-place or overwhelmed by noise, lights, people and smells (I'm neurodivergent), but Grays gives a sense of space that feels safe and inclusive. Nikkie has cut and styled my hair twice now, and I've loved it both times. Always great nattering about how ace dogs are, too! I'll definitely be back.

Always a pleasure to get my hair done by Aby. The quality of her cut is excellent, never rushed and I always leave feeling 1000x better than I did when I walked in. Would highly recommend Deuces.

I went for a a consultation and spoke to Amy. She was so lovely and helpful! She went the extra mile trying to book me in, and made sure I left with a plan of what to do with my hair later. First time at the salon, and although it was only a consultation, I completely recommend! The interior was lovely, the staff were very informative and helpful, can't complain! Can't wait to get my hair done moving forward!

Thank you Jules for creating such a calming, relaxing space! Natural light and calming colours throughout, perfect for those who sometimes find salons overstimulating. My hair cut is perfect and exactly what I asked for, and Jules always pays huge attention to detail ✨

I can honestly say this is the first time I have found a hairstylist who listens to what I want. I have always wanted layered hair but have been told that it’s too fine for layers. Nathaniel has layered my hair and managed to make it look thicker! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Yaeko to anyone looking for a hairstylist with expertise and is also friendly and easy to talk to.
