This was the best hairdressing experience I've had! My first haircut here and I don’t think I want to ever go anywhere else now. Nathaniel is so nice and friendly, he did a proper consultation about what I wanted, has cut it exactly as I asked, but using his knowledge to make it look it’s best. I only went for a trim and to get my fringe cut back in but it’s been cut so well! He clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about and takes pride in his work. A very nice coffee and a biscuit too which is a lovely touch ☺️

Leah is consistently incredible. I’ve been coming to her for 5 years this year, and I honestly wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair at this point. Rosa is very knowledgeable about her craft, as well as being a warm and lovely person! She creates a wonderfully soothing environment where you and your curls feel cared for, and I learned so much about how to get the best from my curls. My hair is curly and soft today, even after sleeping on it over night! Definitely recommended if you're struggling to know what to do with your curls, want some definition or even just some me time to feel properly pampered!!

Had my hair relaxed, and I’m very, very happy! Sam was very gentle with my hair and delivered great results. I was well taken care of from beginning to end. The relaxer used is for sensitive scalps, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere is very warm, safe and friendly ❤️ Definitely my first of many times here! So glad I tried this place! I find it difficult to find a salon that doesn't make me feel out-of-place or overwhelmed by noise, lights, people and smells (I'm neurodivergent), but Grays gives a sense of space that feels safe and inclusive. Nikkie has cut and styled my hair twice now, and I've loved it both times. Always great nattering about how ace dogs are, too! I'll definitely be back.

I went for a a consultation and spoke to Amy. She was so lovely and helpful! She went the extra mile trying to book me in, and made sure I left with a plan of what to do with my hair later. First time at the salon, and although it was only a consultation, I completely recommend! The interior was lovely, the staff were very informative and helpful, can't complain! Can't wait to get my hair done moving forward!

I recently visited Haim for a haircut, and I highly recommend them! The atmosphere was welcoming, and Haim listened carefully to what I wanted. The haircut turned out fantastic, with great attention to detail. I left feeling refreshed and confident. If you're looking for a skilled hairdresser, Haim is the one to go to!
