Brooke was so lovely and very accommodating when I had to reschedule due to an emergency last minute. I was also impressed with how knowledgeable she was and loved her enthusiastic, confident and friendly manner. I'm extremely happy with my results and the amazing experience I had with Edin. He was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and was explaining every step of the AlphaHYDRA facial as well as the cosmetic teeth whitening. I would highly recommend him!

Absolutely love the ladies at Lifts and Lash, Reservoir. Been a loyal, return customer since Jan 2000 (5 years now…) when Steph was at her other address. Cannot speak highly enough of Abbie, Steph, Mary and Adriana. You would be in good hands with any of these ladies. Thank you for always looking after me with beautiful, long-lasting lashes that make me feel good.

Thank you for a professional top service, from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Melinda I knew I was in the right place. The way Natali conducted herself with such mindfulness in a clean, comforting hygienic practices throughout the session is an absolute credit to her. The salon fit out is absolutely gorgeous and everything was spotless like it should be. Overall a fantastic experience and I'm happy with my teeth whitening results.

I got the teeth whitening service, and I'm really pleased with it. The ambiance is great—peaceful and calming rooms. The staff are all friendly and check in with you regularly. The service is very effective; my teeth have noticeably whitened.

Where do I start.... the service was exceptional. As soon as I walked into the Salon I was greeted and didn't have to wait. Brooke is brilliant. I had never had teeth whitening done before. She made me feel at ease straight away. I would highly recommend everyone there. I am definitely going back!!!

Don't be fooled by the location, the level of detail and care put into the salon, the therapists themselves and you, is just amazing! I've had teeth whitening and facials. Absolutely a game changer. Thanks to Edin my skin is back on track. I had an emergency the day before the wedding (my fault too), and he was able to calm and soothe my skin down in time! He even stayed back after hours to help me because it was an emergency. Thank you team for the care & attention you put into every detail. My first time at Mandala. Friendly staff and lovely service. Loved my Hydra facial by Parnian. Parnian was very thorough and explained every step of the treatments. I walked out feeling very relaxed and feeling my skin soft. Also had a teeth whitening and was very happy with the whole experience. I’ll definitely be back again.

Ayla is wonderful - I had such a relaxing time having microdermabrasion and the teeth whitening was super too!!
