Tina is my new go-to for lashes and brow tint. I'm very blonde and fair skinned so it can be difficult to get the colour of my brows right without them looking too dark, but she used her own judgement and did them perfectly! Excellent threading too.

I had my first facial here in Canada by Francesca, who is super nice! She has such gentle hands all throughout the Fresh Custom Facial. I had rough skin going in and came out with super smooth and freshly exfoliated skin. As someone who’s had all kinds of facials done due to so many skin issues, I can tell if the facial was good by how my skin looks the day after. I can say that even if I have a sensitive/combination skin type, where my skin stung a bit here and there during the procedure, my skin feels so smooth and so hydrated the day after.

I have been going here for years now and it has always had amazing service. Karme is the most amazing technician, she is one of the only techs i've seen that asks what shape and how you want your eyebrows or skin, takes it all into consideration and makes amazing recommendations based on really paying attention to your needs. I had such a relaxing experience getting a facial from Francesca! The bed was warm and cozy. Francesca also took time to get to know my skin concerns and what kinds of products I use. She also gives a great massage while the products are sitting!
