I had my first facial here in Canada by Francesca, who is super nice! She has such gentle hands all throughout the Fresh Custom Facial. I had rough skin going in and came out with super smooth and freshly exfoliated skin. As someone who’s had all kinds of facials done due to so many skin issues, I can tell if the facial was good by how my skin looks the day after. I can say that even if I have a sensitive/combination skin type, where my skin stung a bit here and there during the procedure, my skin feels so smooth and so hydrated the day after.

I had such a relaxing experience getting a facial from Francesca! The bed was warm and cozy. Francesca also took time to get to know my skin concerns and what kinds of products I use. She also gives a great massage while the products are sitting!

It is not simply aesthetic either as waxing helps keep skin healthy, thus I appreciate Danika’s keen eye. I got my first facial here and omg!! This was the best experience ever. I felt so relaxed and even fell asleep during it. I was so sad it was over cause it was that good. Even after the facial I was educated on what to do after and what my skin needed. I'm literally never going to anyone else!!!
