This was my first experience at a Medi Spa and I was blown away by the time and attention Jacqueline gave me during my consultation. She explained everything and answered all my questions. Working with Ate Lai on my acne prone skin journey since September. Combining the laser treatment and the derma facial in between sessions. So far I am seeing a change after evey session. Her advises and knowledge has helped me with post care and everything else in between. Highly recommended.

The best beauty salon around!! The owner is so nice and knows alot of information about the products she sells. Love Elva Claudia and the other Claudia for everything they have done for me. My lips ans checks look amazing. My botox is amazing. My acne on my face is the one I'm really surprised about. I didn't think my face could look like it does. My acne is pretty much gone. My face is less red, my scaring is less noticeable and my face is starting to get an even skin tone. I have never been so happy.

Excellent. Elva and Arlex were great. Took care of me and prepared me for the sessions to come by performing the patch test and providing a consultation on what best will work for my laser hair removal.

I have enjoyed visiting as a new patient and will continue to visit again, can i say that jaquline is an amazing injecter.. this is the first time i see someone use needles as small as hers, the skin doesn't even recognise it's been poked ! She was super quick, but did a brilliant job, she took her time to explain, zoe the receptionist was brilliant, she is so friendly and helped out alot.. the clinic looks so fascinating from inside almost like a 5 star dubai hotel

This was my first facial. I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect. The professionalism that Stephanie showed was incredible. She made sure to tell me what she was going to do and showed me the extraction tool she uses and asked permission to use it. After she was done, she explain that my face might feel heavy. I would say more that my face felt tight (in a positive way). My skin feels so smooth and the neck and head message were an added bonus that I was not expecting! I felt so comfortable the minute I walked in the door. If you've never had one, I highly recommend it!
