It was great! I had an Oxy facial and an Indian head massage. Erica was very nice and knowledgeable, and I like that she takes effort to get to know your skin as well as other factors that could be influencing your skin. My skin feels like new, and the head massage was very nice and relaxing and helped with annoying headaches I had on and off all week. Definitely will be coming back for more!

I had an amazing experience with Lindsey at Neo Elegance Skin Clinic yesterday. I had the NEW HydroCLEANSE treatment and it was very relaxing. Lindsey was fantastic, she explained me the treatment as she went along and showed how knowledgeable and passionate she is about skincare. My skin is very dry and I knew I had to change the skincare. Lindsey advised me so well about a few products that could help to get my skin hydrate again. I have already bought these and I am already booked in for a month time. I just had my second PRP session with Olga, and the results are amazing! I noticed a huge difference even after the first session, and now my skin looks even more refreshed and glowing. Olga is incredibly friendly, professional, and makes the whole process so comfortable. Highly recommend her!

Myself and my daughter had a facial as I received a gift voucher for Christmas. It was a lovely experience for a first time. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Place was clean and smelt nice. Products left skin looking and feeling amazing. My only disappointments were my daughter was left with a bruise on her chin from the black head suction machine. During my head scalp massage the lady kept using one hand every now and then as she was on her phone with the other. This then took away from the experience.
