I’ve had four facials with Sarah now, and each one has been an absolute delight. My skin just keeps getting better with every session! Sarah’s care and enthusiasm shines through in her work—she’s attentive, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond. The spa space is incredibly relaxing! It’s like being in first class 🤣. I’ve now started using the mesoestetic products as well and my skin is improving by the day — all the annoying fine lines are starting to disappear. I can’t recommend Sarah enough — she’s amazing at what she does and also happens to be one of the nicest women I know!

Another lovely anti aging facial by Charlie always leaves my skin feeling glowing and toned - the effects seem to last for weeks too! Also a super relaxing back, neck & shoulder massage just perfect after a day at my desk - thanks so much. I will of course be booking another before too long 🥰

Gorgeous facial and a fresh coat of paint on my nails. So relaxing! I come back time and time again and I’m never disappointed. I have problem skin and none of the products react or make my skin worse. Walked in to Waitrose and a friend said how lovely my skin looked!

Had my trotters and my paws fully pruned today by Charlie! What a delightful way to spend a couple of hours in the warm and friendly environment of The Courtyard Skincare and Beauty space. Lovely staff who are skilled practitioners and really know what they are doing. Also very good value for money.

Had an LVL today and honestly love it. My lashes are so straight and now I permanently look like I have mascara on. Ilana always gives the best advice too, couldn’t recommend her more

This was hands down the best facial I’ve had. Sarah is so talented, not just caring for your skin, but for you as a person. It’s such a delightful experience — the moment I stepped into that beautiful spa space I felt calm, relaxed and looked after. I don’t know what kind of skin sorcery she does in there but my skin looked incredible! I’m a tree surgeon by profession so my face gets battered by the elements and she was able to create a bespoke facial for me leaving me lifted and dewy, which is quite a feat! I’ll definitely be booking facials as part of my regular upkeep. Thank you so much.

Lovely relaxing experience lashes perfect as always enjoyed being able to listen to whatever music or podcast I felt like. Also got b12 jab very clean and gently done very lovely girl defo recommend.

Sarah is very warm and welcoming and created exactly the right atmosphere in the cosy room for a relaxing evening facial. She explained the processes fully then quietly did my bespoke facial…just warning me if anything was cold or bright for example. The music playing was calm and pleasant. Thank you Sarah

So I’m now 3 weeks in from having my Botox done and it’s taken really well. Never had it done before but I’m really impressed with the results!

I’ve Had jaw filler, masseter Botox and recently I’ve had chin filler with ilana and I am over the moon with the results genuinely speechless!!!it’s really hard to find someone that is good at everything and so professional especially if you’re nervous or worried about the pain ilana puts you at ease 100% would recommend ilana for any aesthetic treatment and obviously lashes 😍😍

Great experience, Ilana made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and was very gentle. I didn’t feel a thing. The results and fab, very pleased and will be going back. Thank you!
