What an amazing man! Ian was so thorough in finding and giving the right treatments to help my blackhead prone and congested skin. He adjusted it after seeing me face to face (this was my 1st appointment) He was so gentle and talked through everything he was doing and has given me lots of advice and what to do next. I'm so excited for my next appointment! Very knowledgeable and instantly you can tell he loves what he does! Had my first facial with Ian today and so pleased with the results! I'm breastfeeding which really impacts the products that I can use, Ian was really knowledgeable and gave lots of great advice. Farrah was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout my consultation which she kindly offered free of charge. She listened to my concerns and provided very honest advice which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend her services and will be returning for treatment as soon as I have my eyebrows lasered which was discussed for ultimate results. Farrah recommended a great therapist to carry this out at a reasonable price. I couldn’t fault my experience

Fantastic hydra tight facial with Amy today, she explained everything thoroughly at the start & as you go along. Really lovely relaxing hand massage whilst under the light too which is a lovely bonus. My skin looks & feels very clean & much tighter than when I went in! Highly recommend.

Just had my first treatment of profhilo. Farrah is very lovely and made me feel at ease instantly as I was very nervous. The injections sting but bearable. Recovery was fine, I had no bruises, maybe a few tiny red dots that were barely visible but disappeared after a couple of hours. I can already see the difference softer skin on my face and a nice brighter complexion. I will be returning in a months time for the second treatment.
