Grace is so understanding and puts you at ease straight away. I felt really listened to and reassured that I could finally get on top of my skin issues after 10+ years of battling with it. Amazing value for money with the depth of information she offers. What really puts Grace apart from other skin experts I’ve seen is, it doesn’t feel at all that she is pushing any products on you. The Brow Barn was recommended to me by a friend. I had a consultation with Jade about the best treatment as I'd had my brows microbladed before. Jabe recommended combination brows. I had my first treatment which was totally painless. However, when I saw my brows I was a little worried to say the least. They looked uneven and one brow was quite swollen Jade assured me that my brows would be fine after a few days and to follow instructions and "trust the process". I did exactly that and after about 5 days my brows looked great. had my top up six weeks later and again I was a little worried with

Warm friendly welcoming and great customer service, short wait and then greeted by Gareth who took me through the consultation notes and made me feel very at home. The service of Carbon Lazer facial was amazing and I was made to feel at ease, with everything explained to me at different stages.
