Fat-friendly beds and body positive service. Had a lash lift and tint but would definitely go here for intimate waxing as a larger person as they are size inclusive and have a very accepting ethos.

I've been many times to Altona and have had different treatments. Extremely happy with the results and professionalism from all my treatments. The ladies are nice and friendly. Highly recommend New Look Laser Altona. No pain laser is definitely spot on. Fat freeze gives you amazing first time results and the bio micro blading is on a league on its own amongst their other treatments.

The girls there especially Carmen & Sijia (hope I spelt the names correctly) are lovely, attentive and very friendly and caring about their clients and skin. Loved the treatments so far especially the nctf microneedling & have already booked in package treatments down the road. Keep up the good work!

I had HIFU on my love handles. I thought it would hurt because I’ve had it on my face and I found it quite painful, but on the love handles I hardly felt anything, until it hit closer to the ribs, but even that wasn’t so bad!

I don’t know where to start with how pleased I am with the treatment/service. Suzannah has a huge amount of knowledge and knows how to explain and break down the information to her clients. I was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus in 2020. Which made me blow up in size. Suzannah was kind enough to tell me, I was carrying a lot of water weight. She explained how the Hifem treatment works and how it was going to assist with building muscle, burning fat and also reducing the water retention. After the first treatment I actually saw visible results. Which was actually shocking!

Sue is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Our initial consult was very thorough and informative, make me feel confident that i was safe and in good hands. Sue informed me of everything i would expect to feel through every stage of my procedure, putting me at ease through this new experience.
