Elegant Beauty always has such friendly professional staff. Whoever picks their staff does a great job. I usually go to Northlands but today I saw Rudhika at The Palms. The facial was very good as was the massage. However the apt started late but ended at the time of apt which meant I didn't get a full hour. No blackhead removal but there was a very thorough exfoliate
