I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

I absolutely loved my experience at Aura Organics! From the refreshing fruit and juice on arrival to the cooling ice towels in the spa and lavender pouches in the steam room, the attention to detail was incredible. I had the January package, including spa and sauna access, a massage with oils I chose myself, and a deep cleanse facial—it was amazing! Danielle, the owner, is so kind and down-to-earth. This hidden gem in Hackney Wick left me feeling brand new, and their organic, natural products were lovely. Highly recommend! X

First time visiting this venue for a Hollywood Wax. Definitely will be going back, practitioner was so efficient & experienced there was essentially 0 pain. It was over and done with before I had any time to think about it. Definitely recommend for a reliable waxing.

Alex does my lashes and waxing and is always so fantastic. She pays so much attention to detail and takes so much care to make sure you get the finish that you want! She always makes you feel so comfortable and takes her time to always deliver the best results. My lashes with her stay on for weeks and weeks and I’d recommend her to anyone.

I went for a underarm wax, pedicure and pregnancy massage with Carly and she made the experience so wonderful, the best 1 hour 45 minutes a pregnant mama needed! The atmosphere of the spa was so calming and the treatments were beyond expectations. I've been to Aura Organics Spa Hackney Wick a few times now and got to know some of the key faces there, and Carly has always been so kind and welcoming. I had a facial with Flavia this morning. It was a delightful experience from start to finish and Flavia has a lovely approach. Her facial massage technique is gentle and careful but really feels strong enough to be of benefit. I thoroughly recommend her and Relax Hackney.
