I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

Siobahn at Wax Pot London operates the best wax clinic in Hackney. Super flexible, friendly, and attention to detail. Always a 10/10 job. So happy to have found a sustainable, gender neutral wax clinic!

I absolutely loved my experience at Aura Organics! From the refreshing fruit and juice on arrival to the cooling ice towels in the spa and lavender pouches in the steam room, the attention to detail was incredible. I had the January package, including spa and sauna access, a massage with oils I chose myself, and a deep cleanse facial—it was amazing! Danielle, the owner, is so kind and down-to-earth. This hidden gem in Hackney Wick left me feeling brand new, and their organic, natural products were lovely. Highly recommend! X

First time visiting this venue for a Hollywood Wax. Definitely will be going back, practitioner was so efficient & experienced there was essentially 0 pain. It was over and done with before I had any time to think about it. Definitely recommend for a reliable waxing.

I went for a underarm wax, pedicure and pregnancy massage with Carly and she made the experience so wonderful, the best 1 hour 45 minutes a pregnant mama needed! Caroline has been waxing my Adult Autistic son for a year now. Originally, I would be in the room as I wasn’t sure of his reaction, even though he was use to this form of hair removal. He is use to being with her alone in the room. I occasionally don’t have to wait for us to go home together.
