OMG, I just had the most amazing hot stone massage with Shyla - my body feels like it's floating on a cloud! The way she placed those warm stones along my back and used them to work out all my knots was absolute magic. She totally knew exactly how much pressure to use and kept checking if the stones were too hot or just right. My back has been feeling crazy good for days after, way better than any regular massage I've had before.

Can I give double the amount of stars? Roupal is the best. My complexion has improved and my skin feels a lot more hydrated. Simple advice (consistency!) from a consultant whose warmth and professionalism is like an oasis every time. Product advice is terrific and I am so pleased to include these high quality items in my routine -- they last for quite a while and have made visible differences. You have a client for life!

The most amazing experience I had an anti aging facial, that was fabulous. So did my son..He had that for the 1st time and his skin is amazing.... I had full set of acrylics with art. Kelly done such a beautiful job.. My son done his 1st manicure. And deluxe pedicure.. I had a deluxe pedicure.. Both women were very polite, helpful, communication was great. Place was ultra clean.. My favourite place to go for all of the above and waxing.. This team of women are beautiful to work with and go out of their way to help..

Teagan is a whizz at waxing, least painful waxing I have ever had, she is very calm and the experince was actually quite relaxing !!

Today I had a facial with Roupal. Roupal goes to a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable and warm and the facial felt very luxurious. A reasonably new experience for me but one I will be repeating. I have been seeing Roupal for a little while and I can definitely see so much improvement in my skin. She is very focused on you, the individual. Such a little treasure, tucked away in The Village Pharmacy!
