The girl was lovely (Sorry didn't get name) but welcome into salon felt a bit Luke warm, offered a drink but not if I wanted sugar etc. Thought callus scrub would have been a bit better and foot bath was cold. Just little things but still a good experience overall

I feel I repeat myself whenever I leave Pip a review, but she totally deserves a 5+ for every service I use! I had a wonderful and relaxing facial and Pip ensured I was warm, happy and comfortable for the whole time. My experience today with Charly was far better than 'great', it was fantastic. As a first time visit to have a deluxe reflexology session, I will definitely be rebooking. Lisa was warm and friendly, puts you at ease straight away. The massage was perfect, a balance of relaxing and releasing so much tension! My nails also look amazing, in spite of a miscommunication, Lisa rectified it straight away with no hesitation. Will 100% be back.
