The girl was lovely (Sorry didn't get name) but welcome into salon felt a bit Luke warm, offered a drink but not if I wanted sugar etc. Thought callus scrub would have been a bit better and foot bath was cold. Just little things but still a good experience overall

I feel I repeat myself whenever I leave Pip a review, but she totally deserves a 5+ for every service I use! My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

My experience today with Charly was far better than 'great', it was fantastic. As a first time visit to have a deluxe reflexology session, I will definitely be rebooking. Her salon is lovely and warm and her treatment bed is super comfortable with cushions that feel like a hug! Lovely conversation and super work. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves her work.
