Jade is amazing! I see jade for my lashes and waxing and facials. She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. The salon environment is very relaxing and inviting and also cleaned to a high standard. I would 100% recommend Jade at essence for all beauty services! Thanks as always jade! See you soon!

Chloe is very professional and well knowledged about all her treatments which she offers. I had waxing and my first million dollar facial- I can’t get over how much better my skin feels already since having the million dollar facial. Thank you Chloe for always providing exceptional service and always giving different product advice (skin care routine). I do fully recommend Chloe to all my friends and family- she’s amazing!!

I’ve been going to kiara for my lashes for a few years now. I also have my nails done by her and have had micro blading, waxing and an amazing facial too! Kiara is very professional, gives great advice on the perfect treatments for you and always makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. Her attention to detail is fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend her x

Loved the first of my 6 treatment course today. Elle was as knowledgeable as always and explains every step clearly. Plus it’s super cosy and warm and feels like you are being totally pampered!

Lucy is simply fabulous she is so warm and friendly, she has a clean, warm and very relaxing beauty room with heated beauty bed. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and it shows on the fabulous brows and lashes you are left with! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Honestly can’t recommend enough!

Best waxing experience I’ve ever had! The lovely lady was so warm and welcoming, I felt at ease straight away. She kept me comfortable throughout the treatment and kept checking to see if I was ok which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt like I was getting waxed by motherly friend. Dior was amazing! I booked in for hybrid lashes and sugar waxing. Given it was my first time getting sugar waxing, Dior was so informative throughout my treatment and made me feel so comfortable. I am so so pleased with the results and already booked in for my next appointment.

Just had a luxury facial with Karen, the owner. It’s was absolute bliss. Highly recommend. You are cocooned from the minute you arrive until you leave. You are greeted with a warm welcome and everything is explained about your treatment. Karen is super professional and it shows. I didn’t want to leave. A hidden gem and a must visit. The site was cold but the staff made every effort to keep me warm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However the sink was not adjustable to cater for the smaller person. Thus the water went down my back and over my face. Which was not a good experience in a cold site.

I always have an amazing experience when I go to SB Studio. All my appointments are always on time, I’ve never had to wait. Always friendly, warm and inviting when I arrive. All round a great experience in every way.

This lady was wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The process was talked through step by step and she was every bit accommodating. I was overwhelmed with the idea of not having a lady that had experience to with my skin type and conditions but she was very informed and educated on what would be best for my skin! Rachel was welcoming and professional throughout my treatment. She listened to my requests and advised well, which allowed me to make a quick and satisfactory decision on my treatment. The studio is warm, clean and bright and easy to move around whilst keeping a social distance. I'll definitely be back!

I booked on for two treatments, sugar waxing of bikini area and express lashes. It was my first time getting a sugar wax and I have to say DIOR was fantastic! She spoke me through the whole thing and made feel totally comfortable! I am so pleased with the result and booked in for 6 weeks time to maintain. She really took care ensuring my skin in the area was treated after my wax! My lashes came out so nice, I am skeptical with lashes after not great results in the past, as my are long but sparse and she did a great job at filling them in! All said I am very pleased!

The facial was amazing, my skin hasn't felt this good for a long time. Ellie talked through all my skin concerns with me and explained in detail my options which was really helpful. Her setup was also very comfortable and private as I'm not one for going to salon's. Would totally recommend.
