Absolutely incredible facial! I made a last minute appointment as a new client, but I was welcomed so warmly even though it was first thing in the morning on a bank holiday. Victoria talked me through my options & gave some really good recommendations. I had intraoral massage for the first time & it was fantastic. We only had an hour but nothing felt rushed. I felt like it was at least an hour & a half but was surprised when it was only an hour. I’ve been wanting to visit re:lax for a while but the Hackney location isn’t convenient for me so very happy the Borough yards location exists now.

My first time at L8NBS. I had a pedicure with the fantastic Marie-Carmen. She was fun, friendly, professional, extremely diligent and her attention to detail was off the scale. She even convinced me to have a colour I wouldn't normally go for - which I have to say I LOVE! I am really particular about pedicures and I find that most places don't do them very well. I was so impressed with this one and I loved how she took all the dead skin off (only for an extra £5 - callous removal). Thank you for my renewed feet. I will definitely be returning. Thank you

Sabina is a marvelous beauty expert who managed to release my stressed body and mind just for 1 hour Deep Relaxation Session. Her golden hands and tranquil vibe have just made me totally relaxed and happy. I also loved the brand of natural cosmetics that was used for my face, arms and feet massage.
