From the moment I sat down, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Fadzai's expertise and gentle touch around my sensitive cuticle area were incredibly soothing. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. The staff is not only professional but also warm and welcoming. Waxing started 20 minutes late. I was still happy as they managed to get it done in record time. They used their initiative and had two ladies waxing my legs. The one lady also did my eyebrow tinting in the interim which also saved time.
