Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. I have visited the Ruby rooms for over 2 years now Kelly does my nails and the other Kelly does massage amd facial waxing etc for me but all the staff are excellent profession and very caring I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you ladies at the Ruby rooms - Margaret Anne
