Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. Timea is the best at lashes. No longer live in Dunfermline but travel back every 2 weeks as I wouldn't go to anyone else. Highly recommend!

Katie was genuinely so lovely. I was actually quite anxious before my appointment for a full Hollywood but she explained what she was doing and what she was using. She was quick and friendly. Really glad I found her, definitely rebooking! Highly recommend Katie. 🧡

I have visited the Ruby rooms for over 2 years now Kelly does my nails and the other Kelly does massage amd facial waxing etc for me but all the staff are excellent profession and very caring I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you ladies at the Ruby rooms - Margaret Anne
