Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. Katie was genuinely so lovely. I was actually quite anxious before my appointment for a full Hollywood but she explained what she was doing and what she was using. She was quick and friendly. Really glad I found her, definitely rebooking! Highly recommend Katie. 🧡
