Phoebe is so lovely & a brilliant nail tech. She made me so comfortable both first and second appointment, even when I needed to change the style of lashes. She used her expertise to advise and give multiple options making me feel totally at ease throughout. I’ve also had amazing retention which I have found to be more difficult with previous techs! My first time with Charlotte as my usual therapist is taking some time off but for medical reasons I was desperate for a massage. Charlotte was very friendly and understanding to my needs, even though I booked very last minute. Communication was quick and concise and she helped me to work within my budget.
