I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.

Got an appointment at reasonable short notice as I had a problem with my shoulder. Kirk was great, diagnosed the issue and provided some clear guidance on how to manege and prevent the problem reoccurring.

Excellent sports massage.

I booked in for a 1 hour sports massage post full hip replacement operation. Georgia was very good at quickly identifying and then prioritising the key muscle groups which needed immediate attention. She was clearly very knowledgeable, skilled and had bags of experience. I was very happy with my session and plan to return to further my rehabilitation.
