I can’t thank the team enough for being so lovely and welcoming, it was my first time under the needle so I was super nervous and anxious but everything was explained to me and I was made to feel so comfortable! An explanation about aftercare and being patient with expected swelling/bruising was given and made me feel at ease and really helped with knowing what to do to help the healing process. I’m so excited to see the finished look once healed! Thank you Beckie for being so lovely, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I really can't thank Natalja (Natalie) for the incredible job that she did with my haircut on Saturday. I am so happy! This is the first time I have left a salon and a hairdresser has done exactly what I asked them to do and kept my hair long instead of cutting it short. The lady on reception was also really lovely. Thanks so much and I will come here from now on!

Brilliant experience keyleigh is always very professional and welcoming

Hannah is the ultimate professional who really knows her stuff, you can guarantee she has done lots of research and training before offering a new product - you are always in safe hands and I trust her implicitly with my skin which is why I chose to have Profhilo with Hannah. Hannah explained the treatment making sure I was happy with the process. I’ve never had facial injections before so wasn’t sure of the “pain” however a numbing cream is applied first and the injection feels like a little scratch/sting, the place I felt it “scratch” was the chin area. I’m really happy 🤩

Once again, Hannah was very professional, highly knowledgable and gave advice and recommendations tailored to my needs, ie, targeting the signs of ageing. I was SO nervous about having lip filler for the first time, but Beckie made me feel so at ease, she’s so friendly & lovely, constantly checking to see if I was okay throughout. Beckie is truly amazing at what she does. There was next to no pain and my lips look perfect! Will definitely be returning in the future! 🫶🏻
