Booked in for a brow wax and tint for the first time and from walking into the place i felt very comfortable and Louise was welcoming. She had a good look at my brows and asked how i wanted them shaped and what colour i would like as places i have went before just went straight into waxing and used a colour which was too dark for me. I loved how she was very careful and gentle and the end results says it all! Would recommend Louise for my treatments and will be using her for the future

First ever wax and Robyn was amazing! I felt so comfortable in the salon, the bed was extra wide and very sturdy so I felt safe when manoeuvring around. I have very sensitive skin and Robyn was extremely accommodating, trying three different hypoallergenic waxes. She ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would recommend The Butterfly Lounge to everyone! A very friendly, inclusive salon. There is nothing like it anywhere! Well done, Robyn. I will be booking in regularly!
