We came today for the first time to have our acrylic nails removed that we had done somewhere else. One of my nails was incredibly sore and I mentioned this to Issie before she started, She was so careful and very gentle especially with my sore finger to find that my own nail underneath had spilt across my nail and this was why I was having a lot of pain. Issie was very friendly and we were chatting and laughing the whole time as if we had been lots of times and this made us feel very welcome. We have already booked our next appointment to go back and have another nail treatment with Issie.

Had my hair done by Emily bearing in mind I’ve not had a haircut for 10 years , she was really reassuring and did an amazing job of my hair I absolutely love it and thank you so much to both Abby and Emily for when I felt ill during the appointment they stopped to make sure I was okay and looked after me would highly recommend the team for how caring and compassionate they are every single last one of them are amazing in what they do

Amazing customer service, made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me. My nails came out exactly how I wanted, in fact better! Had a very friendly chat and explained to me other possible treatments I am considering of getting. All in all, amazing service, amazing quality, price is also great!
