The best facial I have ever experienced. I find it hard to relax, however in this wonderful environment and in the very skilled hands of NOC, I was able to totally relax and enjoy. The results are amazing too

I had a very good experience today with Lucy who is a very warm person who puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. I had my eyebrow top up and I’m so pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Lucy and I’ll definitely be back.

First time at Phoenix Beauty today, my usual place has recently relocated, so was looking for somewhere local, and found this appointment for an eyebrow wax easy to book on line. I was given a friendly welcome by Poppy, where I waited in the salon, that looked clean, bustling and well equipped. Poppy showed me through to one of the treatment rooms, ambient lighting and very comfortable couch. She took her time and we chatted the whole time. I am very happy with the results. Will be booking again and can highly recommend. Looking forward to trying maybe a facial or a massage. Thank you.
