Absolutely outstanding! There was a mis-communication or computer error over my booking time but the team at UB's couldn't have been MORE helpful. And my therapist - Amanda - is a superstar! The best treatment I have experienced in over 22 years. Simply the best. Better than all the rest!

Had my first bikini line wax with Carra today, left my nerves at the door and my brave face was on. Carra is amazing, I felt relaxed the whole time, tiny bit of pain but I'm sure I will get used to when I go back time and time again. Carra is a fabulous lady, very knowledgeable, after care is brilliant. Highly recommend this business. ++++++++

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

Yet another gorgeous experience at Ugly Bettys. Went I for tlc prior to holiday. Pampering pedicure with Carra and misbehaving eyebrows brought beautifully under control. Hayley went out of her way to fit me in for gel nails too. Go as a client and leave as a friend.

Brilliant customer service...Laura was amazing and even managed to get me a slot straight after my luxury pedicure and brow wax and tint so I could have my nails done. She's a gem and the girls are so lovely and such a lovely and relaxed atmosphere would definatly recommend

Tillie was absolutely brilliant. The room was lovely and relaxing, I was comfortable and happy, and left with a lovely set of wispy volume lashes! Would 100% recommend.

I absolutely love using Shades. Always made to feel welcome and at ease. Had my eyebrows done today, lovely service from Laura and great end result!
