I had a fantastic experience at LY Beauty London with Yulia! Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was incredibly nice, kind, and patient. I've had a blowout appointment with Nadia, who is such a lovely person and gave me many helpful tips on making my blowout last longer. I was over the moon with my hair! Highly recommend.
