I had a fantastic experience at LY Beauty London with Yulia! Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was incredibly nice, kind, and patient. Yulia adapted to my needs perfectly, and her touch was incredibly soft. I felt truly pampered and relaxed during my appointment. The pedicure and biab manicure was good! Everything came out beautiful. This was my first experience and I would definitely come back however I noticed after the manicure, there was no scrub or moisturizer after like I received with the pedicure. Also, there was some stains on my hands after, I think a little more effort should go into making sure there are no stains on the hands after.
