10/10. That is how I would rate my experience. I had the Proud to be Bajan special which included a body scrub, a warm stone massage, facial cleanse and soak. My therapist Akayla(I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and i was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. Reflections spa was just what the doctor ordered :). Thanks again. I definitely will be making this a more regular habit.

I had warm bamboo massage which was nice. The beverage was a nice touch and the customer service was excellent. I would have liked if there was relaxing sound during the massage. Additionally, a diffuser with an essential oil would have elevated the experience.

Brilliant service today. Shaleah was my beautician and I really enjoyed every moment as well as knowing I was getting a good service. Relaxing but we had some good banter also. Felt like I definitely got my moneys worth with the brilliant manicure and pedicure Couldn’t fault the service - also giving the lady at reception a shoutout for being so kind, as well as the manager who nicely asked how I was. For the most part it was good the pedicures and gel polish manicure. With the tint brow service it was just okay. My idea of tinted brows was a little different. I guess it would be best in the future to educate the customer on the service before the scheduled appointment. I must say that the therapist who did the tint brow was extremely helpful, welcoming and kind. Kudos to her!!! She tried almost everything to make sure that I was satisfied.

I enjoyed a seamless and luxurious manicure and pedicure experience. From the warm welcome to the expertly executed treatments, every detail was carefully crafted for relaxation and rejuvenation. The attentive service left me feeling pampered and revitalized. Shaleah was very engaging and explained at each step what she was doing which, as a first timer, was much appreciated.

I visited Chakra spa with my mum April 5th. Shaleah & Chanel were both pleasant from the time we entered (until we left). Shaleah gave me a lovely, neat pedicure and a good foot massage 👏🏽.She also advised me on a manicure which would help my nails to grow-I will schedule one in the near future. Chanel was quite gentle with my mum who is 82- asking her whether she was comfortable and if the leg/foot massage was gentle enough for her, whether the water was at a good temperature etc and also advising her on care for her toe fungus. See gave her a beautiful pedicure 🤩 Thanks ladies

Fabulous spa - our manicure and pedicure were excellent!

I had a manicure, pedicure, sugaring (under arm and Brazilian) Christina did all services - she was pleasant, gentle. I am not someone who wears nail polish I told her I have a special event but didn't know what color to choose, I showed her my dress and she assisted me with choosing a color. She answered all my questions about the services. She is very patient and professional. I will be a repeat customer and I want to be assigned to her. The other staff were also friendly and professional. I like the atmosphere. Chakra Spa is my new favorite spa. Love the products. Christian is awesome!
