Today I had a head spa and exfoliation with a blow dry. OMG, what an amazing, relaxing experience. It was just what I needed to pick me up after being in hospital. I have never been in such a friendly relaxed and talented salon. Lisa was so kind and checking that I was ok and Sam who blow dried was lovely. It was as if we had been friends for years. Leah will be very sadly missed but I wish her all the luck for her new adventure and Cait is the BEST colour technician EVER. I love this salon. Please give them a go.

I’ve been coming to Jess for a number of years to have holiday waxing & nails done. I’ve been discussing my pigmentation and dull skin & she recommended the BeautyLab Glycolic Facial. I was not disappointed. It’s always relaxing going to Jess. She talked me through my concerns and what to expect.The whole experience was wonderful,the products smelt gorgeous, my skin looks so healthy and glassy. I nearly fell asleep on her lovely heated bed. Due to my pigmentation and long term skin goals I’m having the course of glycolic facials. I can already see and feel such a difference!

Lou was fabulous! I had a manicure and eyebrow wax, I was very pleased with the outcome of both services. Lou was very welcoming and is a lovely person. I will definitely be booking again!

Jess was highly knowledgeable, walking me through each step beforehand and explaining the benefits of the glycolic peel. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin’s texture and glow. It reduced fine lines, minimised pores, evened out my tone, and left my skin feeling refreshed. What stood out was how personalised the treatment was, along with Jess's aftercare advice and product recommendations. I highly recommend Jess and this facial!!
