Have been visiting Stacey for many years for my eyelash extensions, facial waxing, and the odd massage here and there, and every time, i find it extremely relaxing (many occasions have resulted in me falling asleep). I have been having trouble with back and neck pain for some time , it was suggested by my GP that a deep tissue massage might help my condition. I visited Body Alighment Studio this afternoon and had a calm body massage with Iwona. She was fantastic and I highly recommend her! After a stressful few weeks and holding tension in my neck and shoulders, she really helped with that and more. She checked if I was happy with the pressure and she really listened to my needs. She found things too that I hadn't even realised was an issue until she was working on that area! I can't praise her enough and I am going to make it a regular, self-care visit for my mental and physical health. Thank you, Iwona - you're amazing!
