Botanicals are consistently great. As someone who works a labour intensive job, they really help to get all the little aches and pains away. The massages always feel a bit more individual than other places i've been to, it's not just a generic routine, you can tell they are feeling for knots and really know what they are doing.

Amazing!! I love Ann's massage technique. I always come with shoulder and back pain, and I love how she works deeply, getting out all the knots. But what I especially love is how she works so intuitively. Ann will find exactly the right spot to release a knot, loosen a tight muscle, or free a trapped nerve. That's a skill that is hard to teach - she's a natural healer. This definitely isn't a spa type massage, but nor is it forceful. Ann's massage technique is strong and firm, and also sensitive as she really listens to your body. The best massage ever! I come every month!!

Lovely experience, had a deep tissue massage. I love that it covers everything top to toe, including face and stomach. It was relaxing whilst still getting all the knots out.
