Words can never begin to express how I feel,going to Glamour Heaven was not easy as I was really not feeling good But the service I got there just from the doorstep to the whole session was amazing, Shaz has been warmly welcoming and assuring throughout the process and explaining what she is doing as it was my first time visiting and also doing hajima,I arrived with a head,excruciating back pain and feeling bloated will rate 8/10 But after my session I was so relieved with zero pain,the massage was on point, finishing with a nice cup of hot honey water👌 Thank you so much Shaz😘 you're thebest

I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The session began with a deeply relaxing back massage and seamlessly transitioned into an incredible Indian head massage. The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. The heat from the stones was so soothing, and the snuggly blanket made it even more relaxing—it felt like pure bliss, exactly what I needed. Thank you ❤️

Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. The treatment provided by Leyon was amazing. The tension he released from my shoulders & neck was crazy - what a difference. He then helped with my groin making sure I left the room in a much better state than I arrived.! This was more like much needed physio than a massage but just what I needed for my physical wellbeing. I’ll be back next month - hugely worth the money, very impressed. My friend has booked straight in too. Thank you Leyon.

I had an incredible massage with Erica! She is exceptionally skilled, attentive, and has a wonderful ability to target areas of tension while making the entire experience relaxing. Her technique was flawless, and she intuitively knew the right pressure to apply throughout the session. Thank Youuuuu!!!!

Had my 3rd treatment with Shannen today, she is absolutely amazing!!! On all 3 occasions, accommodated my request for a late evening appointment due to my work commitments, made me feel at ease, was extremely patient when I wanted to stop and squeal every 30 seconds, talked me through the whole process step by step, continued to ask if I was okay throughout and told me I was doing amazing which really helped ease the whole treatment. I have been to other high profile aestheticians in Southampton but their service and expertise do not come close to Shannens. Will definitely always use Shannen
