My friend and I came to visit this salon through reviews and it has been more than 3 visits already, Seiji, Shota and DK never disappoints in terms of service, skills and a really great head massage after every wash! The products they use are really of quality as well. Did a perm and it lasted longer than other salons I’ve been to, and every haircut we get, we leave the salon with a big smile!

First-time customer here. The customer service was top notch - when I called to ask for directions as I got lost trying to find the salon, one of the assistants patiently came outside of the salon to fetch me, she even gave me a cold glass of water and tissues once I sat down when she realised I was sweating from the heat. The hair wash and massage were great, no tugging and I felt very comfortable overall. Shota my stylist was great, he understood what I wanted well from my photo reference, he is not only very skilled but also attentive. I will definitely be returning!

I had a relaxing experience. Loved the minimal decor of the salon and the little refreshments. Chika was kind and attentive, and so gentle during the head massage and hairdrying. I'm glad she could accommodate my short hairstyle with only a description of what I wanted it to look like. I love my new hairstyle.

Love the ambience of the salon, and how it’s quiet, and private. Livia is very knowledgeable and experience. I am very picky with stylist especially when it comes to cutting my long hair. Decided to trust Livia, and chopped them off. Super satisfied with my new hairstyle, and Livia’s head massages too. I fall asleep, while enjoying the head spa and treatment. It took a little bit of time for Nami-san and myself to communicate on what I was looking for in my haircut as this was the first time cutting with Key's but it turned out great in the end. This is my first visit to Sankakkei and I love the warm and excellent service provided by Livia. She is very patient in addressing my hair concerns. Besides advising me on the hair colour that is suitable for me, she also gave me a great haircut and head massage. Highly recommended and I will definitely visit again.

This is my third time visiting Livia and Sankakkei, and I just can’t get enough! I always have such a lovely, relaxing experience here. Livia is super attentive and really takes the time to understand what I need. I absolutely love my haircut and how wonderfully she cares for my hair. Plus, her massage is simply fantastic!
