The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the massage area is not quiet. You can hear the music from the front, chit chatter from the staff&other clients, the staff using the microwave or closing&opening the doors. I would suggest the massage area be sound proof inorder to ensure a better peaceful experience.

I’m always very happy about the service I get. The only issue that keeps getting worse *for me* is the wait time. I try to get there 10 minutes before my appointment and the nail tech assigned is always running late from a previous client, starts my service late and I end up being in the salon longer than anticipated and planned for. I had to give up my full pedicure today and settle for the soak off and gel application because I was in the salon for 4 hours already and running late for my next appointment. The service is always great! But please try and manage time between clients better

My experience was outstanding! I just asked for a water and never got it but other than that the service was excellent! The head massage was great and everyone is so welcoming.

I had a wonderful experience getting a hair treatment yesterday. Koketso is lovely and made the whole experience enjoyable. She even surprised me with a free foot massage, which was such a thoughtful touch. I'm really happy with how my hair turned out, and I definitely recommend Ambience Skin for anyone looking for great service and a little extra pampering!

I have the best Hot out treatment and the head massage💆‍♀️, wow 👌

The massage and facial were both good and we liked the products that were used. The only problem was that one of the massage therapists was on her phone throughout the entire massage to the point that she'd stop the massage because she was distracted by whatever she was doing on the phone. It doesn't seem like she respects her job enough to put her phone away during a massage.

The whole experience was amazing! The greeting by the receptionist and the general hospitality was great! The hair wash and massage by Andile almost put me to sleep it was so good! Thelma was also amazing. She has a soft touch so my scalp is not sore. And the hairstyle is very neat! All in all, it was a great experience.
