The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the massage area is not quiet. You can hear the music from the front, chit chatter from the staff&other clients, the staff using the microwave or closing&opening the doors. I would suggest the massage area be sound proof inorder to ensure a better peaceful experience.

Amazing staff, Phathi made my hair look beautifully bouncy and healthy The cafe had delicious food and drinks which made the treatment feel like 5 minutes

Awesome. The staff had very good social interpersonal skills, were very patient and tolerant with clients such as myself who had no idea how I wanted my nails painted or what nail art to use! Felt like a happy place! Please can a staff member call me and provide details on classic eyelashes aftercare.

My experience was outstanding! I just asked for a water and never got it but other than that the service was excellent! The head massage was great and everyone is so welcoming.

I had a wonderful experience getting a hair treatment yesterday. Koketso is lovely and made the whole experience enjoyable. She even surprised me with a free foot massage, which was such a thoughtful touch. I'm really happy with how my hair turned out, and I definitely recommend Ambience Skin for anyone looking for great service and a little extra pampering!

The whole experience was amazing! The greeting by the receptionist and the general hospitality was great! The hair wash and massage by Andile almost put me to sleep it was so good! Thelma was also amazing. She has a soft touch so my scalp is not sore. And the hairstyle is very neat! All in all, it was a great experience.
