I had Nakita as both my massage therapist and for my pedicure. Her service was excellent and she knew how to navigate my very tricky and ridiculously sensitive back so that i could actually enjoy my massage. She worked out the knots and made sure I was comfortable through out. In terms if my pedicure, again she did an excellent job. My feet look pretty again! Very friendly! The spa facilities were clean spacious and had the perfect ambiance! Amazing value for money in an overall very impressive hotel.

The masseuse (for the life of me I can't remember her name as I'm bad with them) gave me one of the best massages I've had in a very long time. Hands down one of the best spas on the island. Will definitely be back!

10/10. That is how I would rate my experience. I had the Proud to be Bajan special which included a body scrub, a warm stone massage, facial cleanse and soak. My therapist Akayla(I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and i was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. Reflections spa was just what the doctor ordered :). Thanks again. I definitely will be making this a more regular habit.

I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. Many thanks to Shimaria and continue to provide Great Service.

My experience was amazing. It was my first time at Nspyre and I will most definitely be back. I went and got a cut(all off) and ended up getting a colour also. I was hesitant at first as I’ve never dyed my entire head. Let’s just say I smile everytime I look in the mirror. Thank you soo much 💙

Was good overall but Andrea isn't a great massager. She didn't always let me know what would happen next. She started to massage my head without saying anything. When she prepared the shower and left the room, I wasn't certain if I was to go in at that point. After a few mins she came back in with a robe and slippers so I could walk to the shower. Basic communication is essential. It's not being chatty, it's simply essential to the comfort of the client to know what step in the procedure will be next and what they need to do/don't do. I'll be back tho and Nakita has been highly recommended.
