The staff was quite professional. I booked some services for my mother for Mother's Day not realizing that Barbados was locked down on Sundays. The staff reached out to my mum and informed her of the need to give her an earlier appointment at her convenience. I am so touched by this. After my mum got home, she called me to show off her treatments. She was well pleased with her eyebrows and the foot and hand massages. Needless to say, she will be back. Thank you guys for making this Mother's Day special for my mum!

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Island Xmas spa experience at Reflections Spa. My treatments began with the Lomi massage and a facial expertly administered by the masseuse (unfortunately I'm bad with names and I've forgotten hers). I, however, have not forgotten her skilled hands which worked out every knot and kink, leaving me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The massage was tailored to my specific needs, with just the right amount of pressure and technique. Next I had the pedicure, which left my feet looking and feeling pampered. Rating: 5/5

We did the massage 101 - and it was an awesome experience. The instructor/ teacher/ therapist was very professional. Explained and demonstrated everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend for other couples :)

I had a wonderful experience at Reflections Spa! I opted for the Bangkok Journey and requested a slight change to end with the bath, which my therapist was more than happy to accommodate. The treatment began with a Balinese massage and relaxing facial, followed by a full-body scrub, and concluded with a rejuvenating sensory bath ritual. I loved having the room all to myself throughout the entire experience—it was beautifully decorated and incredibly calming. I will definitely be returning!

I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. My favorite place to go is signature spa. I've got a couple hours to relax and it's all about me. The staff is awesome, I love when I have a little snooze, the girls gently run my hands or feet to let me know it's time to change.

Great experience for my first time at a spa. The bonus with my pedicure was the massage chair. I needed that more than the pedicure. The staff was friendly and engaged in good fun conversation during the entire time. Will return with a few family members starting with my mother.

It was wonderful and relaxing and I would recommend their services to one and all. It's so hard to find a service that has the full package. The ladies understands customer service and the Swedish massage was divine I felt like I had an out of body experience, I then proceeded to get a pedicure and my feet wanted to stay there, it was that good and lastly I topped it off with a manicure and that just done it up.
