Went for a deep tissue massage after experiencing pain in my right shoulder. Iwona was great and really knowledgeable about how muscles nerves and tendons all interlink across the body. She showed me on wall charts what was happening and got to work sorting things out. I was really pleased with the results and will be going back to ensure I don't get any repeat of this pain.

Lovely massage and facial with Becky. Very relaxing but just the right amount of pressure.

Had an Indian Head Massage and Reki, very relaxing, had a good nights sleep.
