great but it was super busy and the relaxation lounge had people waiting for their massage in their clothes still so there was alot of talking, conversation and people on phones. I wish there were stricter rules to maintain a calm quiet environment to ease in and eas out of my spa experience

The massage was one of the best I had! Ayoo was an amazing therapist. However, I was very disappointed that the relaxing lounge was not segregated as required; during my visit I saw a man who came in and could view the entire women relaxing area. As a hijab-observant woman, this ruined my overall experience at the spa, and makes think twice about visiting again. I have already raised this comment to the reception at checkout, but I hope that something could be done regarding this incident so that it doesn’t happen again.

From the moment I entered the spa, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the soothing music, and the calming aroma of essential oils. The staff was friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to ensure that my spa experience was personalized and enjoyable. What made the experience truly amazing, however, was the attention to detail and the small touches that made me feel pampered and cared for. From the cozy robe and slippers to the warm towel placed on my neck during the massage, every aspect of the spa experience was designed to enhance my comfort.

I was happy for my nailsby kajul and zeny they gave time to clean and comfortable the costumerthey gave an extra complementary like massage design, the place is clean and standard, This is my saloon and spa specially for my nails.. morocan and massage.. The price is lil higher..

I had the best salon experience today at Sasalon. I felt so genuinely taken care of by the team. I came in for a haircut they cave me a complementary hand massage, scalp massage, and coffee. Also, an incredibly reasonable price for getting a little bit of toner done. One thing that stood out to me was this salon felt like it was family owned, that everyone was looking out for one another, clients and staff alike. I would give Sasalon a 6/5 if I could. Thank you Sasa for the great curly hair cut, and the team for taking care of me.

The hamam with Yasmeen was amazing, very thorough, I felt sparkly clean and soft after. My hair treatment and blow dry with Nadia was also brilliant, she cleaned my hair amazingly and her massage is highly recommended. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
