This was the second time Hero did my head spa. It was amazing and everyone here is just so lovely. The small touches really make it a lovely experience. Hero did a full scalp and hair analysis and talked me through each step of the spa. I cannot recommend it enough-the head massage is just so relaxing and you get a neck and shoulder massage too.

I visited the clinic for a laser patch test and decided to treat myself to their Japanese Head Spa afterward. it's truly amazing! The treatment was so relaxing, combining a gentle scalp massage and cleansing that left me feeling refreshed.

I wasn't expecting the heated massage table, at first I thought it might make me too hot but it sent me straight into baby sleep bliss instead. Very soothing and relaxing as I wanted. Appreciated the effort put into the aesthetic and the style of the massage rooms that have a real spa feel.

I’m a 6’3 powerlifter based out of NYC. I found Leme Massage through instagram; though Jeff works primarily out of the UK, he was working in NYC the week I was looking for a sports massage, and I’m so glad I booked with him! He is tall like me, and incredibly strong. This sports massage was seriously TOP TIER. He hit every single pressure point I had, and the combination of massage and deep stretching left me feeling like a new man. I will 100% book Jeff every time he visits NYC - I have never had a sports massage like his before, and I will never forget it! 5 stars, life changing massage.

Winston is a serious talent. I receive a lot of bodywork and I was completely blown away. I have lower back pain and hip tightness and he was so brilliant at helping these areas to feel relief. Also this was my first time at the Soho branch and I LOVED it. What a space to receive massage in. Thank you so much Winston and also Kars on the front desk too. I felt so looked after.

It was my first visit. And I am surprised. Master Hiroki was very gentle with the massage and hair spa. I had a deep relaxation all day. I'm also very happy with my haircut. Easy to style and looks nice. I think I've found my place; highly recommended.

I had the best experience of head spa with Hiroki. He was certainly the best in his work. From treatment to massage. After the spa. He gave me shoulder massage too. Which released all my weeks stress nd exhaustion. Highly recommended. It was very reasonable nd value for money for good too. Definitely once in a month or twice if pocket allows. Lol.

I had the most amazing head spa! First Taiki carefully analysed my scalp and hair and then explained what treatments he was going to us. The treatment was so relaxing, Taiki has magic hands and the massage was great. My hair hasn’t felt this good in a long time. I will be coming back again. Thankyou so much.

I had an absolutely excellent experience with Kyle. From the moment I arrived, Kyle was incredibly professional and welcoming. He took the time to listen carefully to the injuries and concerns I mentioned. His skill and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire session, as he tailored the massage to address exactly what I needed. By the end, I felt significantly better. I can't recommend Kyle enough—he's truly exceptional.

I had an appointment with Vanessa, and it was my first time having a head spa and it was everything I was expecting and more! The products used had a nice feeling on the scalp/head and it smelt really nice. The extra massage on the scalp and shoulders were really unexpected but felt good. And she was very helpful about my queries about aftercare of my hair.

I had a fantastic massage session at Jeff's studio. The space is both luxurious and tidy. I flew all the way from Los Angeles to visit Jeff in London and, of course, spend some time in this wonderful city. He has a really professional technique, and he makes you feel at ease. When I left, I felt like I was flying. Thank you, Jeff; you will always be my fave massage therapist!

Laura is incredible. She knows how to create a beautiful calming space to fully relax and switch off and her massage techniques are unrivalled. Highly recommend!

It was the best massage I’ve ever had. Jeff is super professional, kind, and has a great look. He gave me a spa experience session that included a Turkish bath and a body scrub massage.
